Outcomes based learning is a catalyst for growth and adaptability in an ever-changing world. I use my experience in course design to create online and blended learning interventions that get learners to their goals.

The best way to design solutions for complex, human problems, is through co-creation. I run Design Thinking (DT) workshops with teams to empathise, define, ideate, prototype, and test solutions. 

I take a human centred (HCD) approach to ensure that solutions meet the needs of end users.

It all comes down to communication. To reach customers, users, employees, suppliers, or partners you need to know what you're saying, how best to say it, and how to deliver the message. I work with multidisciplinary teams to design communications that shift perceptions.
